Michelle's signature workout combines sequences of strength and cardio set to motivating music, taking HIIT training to a new level! You'll have a blast burning fat, increasing muscle tone and improving cardiovascular endurance.Â
This fun music-fueled cardio dance fitness workout will help you release stress and burn calories. You'll groove and sweat through a variety of dance and aerobic- style sequences. No dance experience is needed.Â
