PEAK 10 is an 8-week fat loss/weight loss program that uses my unique system of metabolic circuit training designed to challenge, elevate and transform your body. I utilize HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) techniques to push you to your limits and maximize results in a short amount of time. I then match the movements to music…Music fuels us with energy, sets the tempo and helps set the pace for fat loss. Not to mention, it makes the time fly by!

Where do I access the workouts, meal plans and other Peak 10 Fit Body Challenge Materials?

Can I do this Program on my own schedule? Or does the Program tell me which workouts to do and when? 
I know life is busy and many of us are fitting our workouts in around kids, family, carpooling, practices, work and so many other things. So, you choose the time of day that is best for you to get your sweat on. 

I will provide you with a Workout Rotation Calendar which clearly shows you which workouts to do on each day. There is a science behind the schedule and order of the workouts which has helped thousands of people get results time and time again. And, while it is ideal to stick as closely to the recommended workout schedule as possible, there is room for some flexibility. If you need to move your rest day around, do what works for you, but just make sure you get all of your workouts in each week. 

What if I am injured, pregnant or do not exercise regularly? 
The Peak 10 program was not created for those who are pregnant, injured or suffering from chronic joint pain. Please consult your physician prior to beginning this or any other fitness program.

Can I download the workouts and videos or are they live streaming only? 
Great news, unlike my previous online platform you WILL be able to download all of the workouts and worksheets, guides, and nutritional information on to your computer. Please note, downloading the actual workout videos will be available only after the 7-day money back guarantee period is over. You will have access to all workouts digitally on the platform on the program launch date.

Can I download the workouts onto my tablet or smart phone?  Yes, you can download all videos onto your devices, however, some devices will require you to use a video downloader app.  Please check with your specific device manufacturer for the best ways to do this.

This platform is very user-friendly, easy to use and is meant to provide you with the power to access your program materials wherever and whenever you like!

What equipment will I need for these workouts? 
Water and towel are recommended for every workout. 

Strength workouts require 2 sets of free weights: 

 -1 set of light weights (5-10lbs for women and 10-15lbs for men)  

 -1 set of heavy weights (10-20lbs for women and 15-25 lbs for men) 

A yoga mat is optional, but recommended for some stretching and core work sections. 

Am I required to use a Fitness Tracker? 
For best results, we highly recommend using a Fitness Tracker, but it is not required. Fitness trackers help provide incentive to get moving and personal accountability because they show real time information. You can see up to date steps taken, heart rate information and calories burned. Which for many of us can be a great source of motivation and inspiration. Fitness Trackers have also become great outlets for tracking your nutrition. 

Currently, my Fitness Tracker of choice is the FitBit Charge 2 which shows steps, calories burned, heart rate, miles walked and flights of stairs. It also provides wonderful information about sleep and has an incredibly easy to use and helpful nutrition tracking system provided in the app. Do research, and choose the one that you like best.
