This strength and conditioning workout utilizes Interval Training to blast fat and burn calories while helping you build strength and muscular endurance. You'll alternate between targeted weight training segments and cardio drills  designed to make you sweat.

CARDIO DANCE + STRETCH

Looking for a fun way to move your body and burn extra calories on your non-strength training days? This high-energy, mid to low impact cardio workout will make you sweat. No dance experience needed in this class that uses music to fuel your movement. 40 minutes of Pure Cardio followed by a 10-minute full body stretch to recover, unwind and refresh. This class begins with a focused CORE segment designed to create a strong and sleek midline. Then we’ll focus on total body strength and conditioning using a variety of exercises to target your upper and lower body. Get ready to get and feel stronger, leaner and more fit.
